Hello, I am Xavier A. Conaway, your Clerk of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. I am dedicated to modernizing our court system, improving efficiency, and ensuring the fair administration of justice. Since taking office, I have implemented the Maryland Electronic Courts (MDEC) system, secured free Wi-Fi in courthouses, introduced credit card payment options, and fought for better working conditions for our staff. But there is still more work to do. As a fully grassroots-supported campaign, we can continue making meaningful progress together for Baltimore City!
