Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Wyden Fund for a Senate Majority 2026 will be allocated as follows:
The first $14,000/$20,000 of each contribution from a person/multicandidate PAC will be split evenly between Friends of Sherrod Brown and Cooper for North Carolina (each a “candidate”). The first $3,500/$5,000 of a person's/multicandidate committee's contribution to each candidate will be designated to the primary election; the second $3,500/$5,000 will be designated to the general election. Any of these funds that would result in an excessive contribution for Friends of Sherrod Brown will be allocated to the Ohio Democratic Party - Federal Account and any of these funds that would result in an excessive contribution to Cooper for North Carolina will be allocated to the Democratic Party of North Carolina Federal. The next $20,000/$10,000 of each contribution from a person/multicandidate PAC will be split evenly between the Ohio Democratic Party - Federal Account and the Democratic Party of North Carolina Federal. Any remaining funds will be allocated to Wyden for Senate; the first $3,500/$5,000 of a person's/multicandidate committee's contribution will be designated to the primary election; the second $3,500/$5,000 will be designated to the general election.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting zamore@capcompliance.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
