Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
Contributions to Eric Swalwell for Governor 2026 are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes.
Contributions from individuals, businesses, and political action committees are limited to $39,200 per election ($39,200 for Primary 2026, $39,200 for General 2026).
Individuals and businesses who contribute $10,000 or more per calendar year may have their own reporting responsibilities. See fppc.ca.gov for reporting forms and requirements.
