With the recent opening of the Windsor station, SMART is continuing to connect our communities, and Healdsburg is next on the map. The planned Healdsburg Station will bring new opportunities for local students, seniors, commuters, and businesses, deepening our connection to Marin and Sonoma Counties and creating a more sustainable, vibrant future for our entire region.


But none of this is guaranteed. The future of SMART depends on the SMART Initiative, a critical ballot measure voters will decide in 2026. Without it, SMART will lose the funding it needs to keep trains running, complete the Healdsburg Station, and expand service for the next generation.
