They Walked Out on Us. Now We Take the Streets.

Over the weekend, the billionaire-backed establishment candidates showed D.C. their true colors.

On Saturday, Janeese and Kenyan (J&K) happily stayed for an entire televised TV debate, performing for the cameras to create the illusion of a two-person race. Spoiler Alert: With Ranked Choice Voting this year, the billionaires are putting their money behind two candidates betting that at least one wins to allow them to keep their grip on DC.

But 24 hours later, it was a different story.

On Sunday, the historic leading ladies of D.C.—the legendary women of The Links and the National Council of Negro Women—hosted a debate. They leveled the playing field, making sure Independents like me were on the stage. The room was filled with the mothers, grandmothers, aunts, and sisters who built this city.

But the so-called "leading" candidates couldn't even be bothered to stay. Kenyan walked off the stage midway through. Janeese walked out before the program ended. They rushed out the door apparently to meet their true constitutents -- wealthy donors.

I stayed, and I called it out. The women in that room nodded because they know the obvious truth: If they will walk out on you during an election to please their wealthy donors, you know exactly what they will do once they are elected.

They vote for billionaire giveaways to sports team owners. We fight for our youth, our seniors, and our small businesses. I put my trust not in money or elites, but in the One who created us, and in the people—like you.

Because they control the televised debates, we are taking our message directly to the streets.

🚨 OUR EMERGENCY 24-HOUR GOAL: Raise $5,000 TODAY to print thousands of campaign posters and fund the grassroots street team to put them on every intersection in D.C.

We are building a movement to make D.C. the very best place to raise a family — no longer a place where we are forced to pay taxes to kill children overseas in Palestine, Iran, and Sudan, while our own die on our streets.

Join the movement. Help us make D.C. Safe, Affordable, and finally Free as the 51st State.

Choose your contribution level to help us hit our $5,000 goal TODAY:

  • $200 — Maximum Impact: Pays for 40 posters and the zip-ties to blanket an entire intersection.
  • $51 — Fuel the Fight: Funds a heavy stack of 10 posters for our street team.
  • $5.10 — Keep Us Moving: Chips in to buy at least one poster to fight back against the billionaires and Zionists controlling DC.
