Congresswoman Stacey E. Plaskett represents the U.S. Virgin Islands in the House of Representatives, serving her sixth term. She sits on the House Intelligence, Ways and Means, and Budget Committees and has led efforts on national security, economic development, and climate resilience.
Plaskett made history as the first member from a U.S. territory to serve as Ranking Member of a Select Committee. She was an impeachment manager in Trump’s second trial and has been a leader in tax policy, infrastructure, and Black innovation.
A Georgetown and American University law graduate, Plaskett previously worked in law, public finance, and the U.S. Department of Justice. She is a wife, mother of five, and fierce advocate for the Virgin Islands.

Federal Law requires political committees to use their best efforts to report the name, mailing address, occupation and employer of each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in an election cycle. We cannot accept contributions from corporations, labor unions, foreign nationals, and federal government contractors. Individual contributions must be made from the donor’s own funds.
