Contributions to Silver and Shore Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
All contributions received shall be divided equally between Mitten PAC and Catherine Cortez Masto for Senate. However, to the extent that an allocation would cause a contributor to exceed the applicable contribution limit to either committee, any amount in excess of the applicable contribution limit will instead be allocated to the other participant until the maximum contribution limit is reached. For contributions from multicandidate PACs , Mitten PAC can accept up to $5,000 per calendar year. Catherine Cortez Masto for Senate can accept up to $10,000, with the first $5,000 allocated to the primary election, and the second $5,000 allocated to the general election; after the primary, the first $5,000 will be allocated to the general election. For contributions from individuals and other federally permissible persons, Mitten PAC can accept up to $5,000 per calendar year. Catherine Cortez Masto for Senate can accept up to $7,000, with the first $3,500 allocated to the primary election, and the second $3,500 allocated to the general election; after the primary, the first $3,500 will be allocated to the general election.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting ssvf@acuitypolitics.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
