I'm Sheila Bunn and I'm running to be the next Ward 8 Councilmember. I have a deep love for the ward that made and raised me, the Great Ward 8, and I want to step up, advocate, fight, and do whatever it takes to make Ward 8 better for everyone. I want to bring a new voice to the issues that matter the most to our community. I was raised to work hard for our communities, and to ensure that the wants, needs, and desires of residents are voiced and addressed. I’ll fight for those most in need. Our community is strongest when we’re equally uplifted. This isn't easy work and I can't do it alone. We need your support by giving $50 today.


I'm participating in DC's "Public Financing Program," which matches DC residents' contributions 5 to 1, meaning your $50 contribution will become $300! But, even if you are not a DC resident, Everyone can still support by giving. The maximum donation I can receive is $50.
