- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
Contributions to this committee are not deductible as charitable contributions for income tax purposes. NC Law allow individuals and Political Action Committees to contribute up to $6,400 per election. NC Law requires this committee to report the name, address, occupation, and employer for all individuals who contribute more than $50 per election. Contributions from Foreign Nationals, Labor Unions, Professional Associations, Insurance Companies, Business Entities, and Corporations are prohibited.
