Shane Boswell is a long time resident of Clarke County where he lives with his wife of 21 years, Amy, and his three sons. His one son graduated from Clarke County High School in 2024 while his other sons still attend CCPS. 

Shane is a veteran of the U.S. Navy which included a Combat Deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He remains active in veteran’s issues. Shane has been civically active in the community and engaged in issues affecting the community and our rural traditions and economy.

Shane and his family garden, raise bees, make preserves and do canning. He proudly states that he has won a few blue ribbons at the Clarke Fair (green beans, apple butter, and kosher pickles)!

Shane fully understands the importance of state and local office and how our lives are touched by local issues every day. Shane understands the importance of influencing those local issues to create and maintain a vibrant Virginia that works for all Virginians.
