Former Alabama Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries Ron Sparks has officially qualified to run again for the 2026 office, building his campaign on experience fighting for farmers, improving food safety, and protecting consumers statewide. Sparks previously served two terms from 2003–2011 and is running to bring practical, bipartisan leadership back to the Department of Agriculture and Industries.
