My name is Jennifer Romero, and I was born and raised in Phoenix. My educational journey began at Cartwright Schools, starting with Peralta Elementary and continuing through Raúl H. Castro Middle School. During my final year at middle school, I ran for and was elected Student Council President, an experience that sparked my commitment to leadership and community service.

This early involvement laid the groundwork for my future endeavors. While pursuing my college education, I became more active in my community through civic engagement, helping to turn out voters and participate in local initiatives. I also increased my involvement with the school district by attending meetings, connecting with administrators, and engaging with parents.

My motivation for running for the school board stems from my personal connection to Cartwright Schools, as my younger sister and nephew are students there. I am dedicated to creating a brighter future for them and all the children in our district.
