- By making a contribution, you attest that the contribution is made from your own funds or the funds of an authorizing corporation or other entity, and the funds are not being provided by any other person or entity.
By proceeding with this transaction:
1. If you are an individual donor, you affirm that you (i) are a U.S. citizen or lawful
permanent resident and (ii) have not knowingly or willfully accepted funds, directly or
indirectly, of more than $10,000 from one or more prohibited sources* within two years
of making this contribution.
2. If you are an entity donor, you affirm the entity: (i) is organized pursuant to U.S. or state
law, the U.S. is its principal place of business, and is wholly or majority owned by U.S.
