Too many residents in Nye County must travel hours during moments of crisis just to receive care. That’s unacceptable. Nearly 20% of residents experience a mental health crisis, often losing days of work and stability each month. We are committed to bringing a crisis stabilization facility to our community—leveraging partnerships and pursuing critical funding opportunities to make it a reality.

Education Gaps

Our children deserve better. In Nye County, only about 30% of students are reading at grade level, and just 10% are meeting math standards. These challenges echo across growing areas like Summerlin West, Skye Canyon, and Blue Diamond. We must invest in stronger schools and brighter futures—now.

Economic Stability & Growth

Families are feeling the pressure. From wages to healthcare access, the decisions made today shape the lives of working Nevadans. We believe in growing our economy responsibly—bringing in new industries while preserving the rural character that makes our communities special.

Infrastructure, Safety, and Quality of Life

From water security and contamination risks in rural areas to traffic congestion and public safety concerns in Summerlin West, our district needs thoughtful, forward-looking solutions. Safer roads for drivers, cyclists, and families are not optional—they are essential.
