Contribution rules

  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.
  4. I am not a federal contractor.
  5. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
The allocation for funds raised under this Agreement shall be as follows: The first $14,000 of each contribution from a person and the first $20,000 from a multicandidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated evenly, up to legal limits, between Hickenlooper for Colorado and Jon Ossoff for Senate. The first $3,500/$5,000 of a person's/multicandidate committee's contribution to each candidate will be designated to the primary election; the second $3,500/$5,000 will be designated to the general election. The next $20,000 of each contribution from a person and the next $10,000 from a PAC will be allocated evenly, up to legal limits, between the Colorado Democratic Party - Federal and the Georgia Federal Elections Committee. The next $10,000 of each contribution from a person or PAC will be allocated evenly, up to legal limits, between Giddy Up PAC and Health Jobs Justice. Any funds allocated to Hickenlooper for Colorado that would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully donate will be allocated to the Colorado Democratic Party, up to $5,000 from a PAC and $10,000 from an individual or non-multicandidate PAC. Any funds allocated to the Colorado Democratic Party that would exceed the amount that contributor may lawfully donate will be allocated to Giddy Up PAC, up to $5000 from any permissible donor. Any funds allocated to Jon Ossoff for Senate that would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully donate will be allocated to the Georgia Federal Elections Committee, up to $5,000 from a multicandidate or non-multicandidate PAC and $10,000 from an individual or non-multicandidate PAC. Any funds allocated to Georgia Federal Elections Committee that would exceed the amount that contributor may lawfully donate will be allocated to Health Jobs Justice, up to $5000 from any permissible donor. A contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution.
