Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Ossoff Schiff Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The first $3,500/$5,000 from a person/multi-candidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to Jon Ossoff for Senate and designated for the primary election. The next $3,500/$5,000.00 from a person/multi-candidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to Jon Ossoff for Senate and designated for the general election. The next $3,500/$5,000.00 from a person/multi-candidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to Schiff for Senate and designated for the primary election. The next $44,300/$15,000 of each contribution from a person/multi-candidate committee will be allocated to the DSCC. The next $132,900/$45,000 of each contribution from a person/multicandidate committee will be allocated to the DSCC’s voter protection/legal defense fund. The next $132,900/$45,000 of each contribution from a person/multicandidate committee will be allocated to the DSCC’s headquarters fund.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting ossoff@mbacg.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
