I haven't been living in Chicago's political machine, I've been busy working in spreadsheets, processing bills in Accounts Payable and rooting out fraud as an Auditor. I've spent my career verifying records and holding organizations accountable to their balance sheets. Now, I'm running for Chicago City Treasurer to bring that same CPA discipline to City Hall.
Chicago faces an annual budget gap of over $1 billion, yet the current Treasurer's office is overspending by $2M+ on its own administrative overhead. While the "Machine" performs political stunts, I'll be focused on the math. Support my campaign to bring fiscal discipline back to Chicago.
Contribution rules
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- I understand that by ordinance of the City of Chicago, no lobbyist registered with the Board of Ethics, or person who has done business with City within the preceding four reporting years, or person who is seeking to do business with the City, shall contribute over $1,500 during a calendar year. This includes persons doing or seeking to do business with the: City of Chicago, Chicago Transit Authority, Board of Education, Chicago Park District, Chicago City Colleges, Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority, Chicago Housing Authority, or Public Building Commission.
