Kentucky's 5th Congressional District is the second-most impoverished in the nation. Our Republican Congressman cast the deciding vote on the "Big, Beautiful Bill" which will cause irreparable harm to the safety net here in Appalachia. I'm running to save public television, Medicaid, and food stamps, and to keep our rural hospitals open.
