- Charitable donations made through this form are received and processed by ActBlue Charities, Inc., a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization formed to democratize charitable giving, and are subject to ActBlue’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By proceeding with this transaction, you acknowledge that:
1. If you are an individual donor, you affirm that you are a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident and have not knowingly or willfully accepted funds, directly or indirectly, of more than $10,000 from one or more prohibited sources* within four years of making this donation.
