Maxine is a retired public school educator. She spent 41 years in the Manchester School District as a School Counselor and returned to service for the 2021-2022 school year as the part-time Acting Assistant Principal at the Manchester School of Technology.


Maxine is a fierce advocate for students and families in the areas of special education, mental health services, and access to opportunities for all students to gain a quality education.


Maxine believes in challenging the norm, asking questions, listening, and being deliberate in making decisions for others.
