Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- This contribution is not from a corporation or labor organization.
By proceeding with this transaction:
If you are an individual donor, you affirm that you are a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident and have not knowingly or willfully accepted funds, directly or indirectly, of more than $10,000 from one or more prohibited sources* within two years of making this contribution.
If you are an entity donor, you affirm the entity: (i) is domestically organized, (ii) only has a domestic principal place of business, (iii) is wholly and majority owned domestically; and (iv) has not knowingly or willfully accepted funds, directly or indirectly, of more than $10,000 from one or more prohibited sources* within four years of making this contribution.
“Prohibited sources” means “contributions from or expenditures by a foreign national made with the intent to use such funds to influence an election on a ballot measure.”
