Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 during the calendar year.
Contributions or gifts to Minnesota Second District Victory Committee are not tax deductible. The first $3,300/$5,000 of each contribution from a person/multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to Angie Craig for Congress and designated for the 2024 primary election. The next $3,300/$5,000 of each contribution from a person/multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to Angie
Craig for Congress and designated for the 2024 general election. The next $10,000/$5,000 of each contribution from a person/multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to the Minnesota Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party. The next $5,000 of each contribution from a person/multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to Summitt PAC. The next $5,000 of each contribution from a person/multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to HMP and deposited in HMP’s Contribution Account. A contributor may designate their contribution for a particular participant by contacting cole@angiecraig.com. The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution.
