Minnehaha County Democratic Party (SD)

Donate to the Minnehaha County Democratic Party!

Minnehaha Democrats are building up and fighting back. Here's how:

We're grabbing the eyes of the nation.

South Dakota Democrats are proud to host Governor Walz for the 2025 annual SDDP McGovern Day Celebration. The heartland is seeing a Democratic resurgence. All eyes are on South Dakota - and Governor Walz knows that.

Historic investments are being made into Democratic infrastructure.

State parties are the backbone of the Democratic Party infrastructure. Period. DNC Chair Ken Martin is announcing more than $1 million per month that will be given to state parties across the country - including rural, small-state parties like the SD Dems.

We're going where Republicans won't.

When South Dakotans wanted to hear from their members of Congress, Republicans kept their distance from within closed-door fundraisers. When Republicans won't, Democrats will.

We're mobilizing South Dakotans against Trump's iron fist.

South Dakotans and South Dakota Democrats are fighting back against the authoritarian rule of the Trump Administration.

We're fighting back, from the dirt roads of Minnehaha County all the way up Minnesota Avenue.

South Dakota Democrats are fighting back and holding Republicans accountable.

Minnehaha Democratic and SD Democratic Legislators are holding Republicans' feet to the flames when they:

  • Shrugged off South Dakota's childcare crisis,
  • Tried to dismantle South Dakota's libraries,
  • Failed to respond to natural disasters,
  • And fired federal workers across the state.

We're revitalizing our county parties.

County parties are being revitalized across the state, including right here in Minnehaha County. We're growing faster and stronger than ever before - but there's much more to be done.
