For nearly a decade, an extreme Republican Legislature has underfunded our public schools, attacked a women's right to make her own healthcare decisions and made Iowa an unwelcoming place to live. We need bold, progressive, Democratic ideals to improve the lives of every Iowan.
That’s why I’m running for Iowa House District 32. As a public defender and a mayor, I know what it is to serve my community and to care for my neighbors. I’m a proud union member with experience as an elected official and know what it takes to win. But I can’t do it on my own.
Contributions to my campaign will ensure that I have the resources necessary to reach every voter across House District 32. Let’s take back the Iowa Legislature and make Iowa a place to grow.
