Contribution rules
- This contribution complies with the provisions of the Ethics in Government Act, O.C.G.A. Sec 21-5-30, et seq.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
Contributions or gifts to Mike Thurmond for Governor are not tax deductible.
Georgia law requires us to report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate more than $100 in a calendar year. We are also required to report the name and mailing address for each business or political committee whose contributions aggregate more than $100 in a calendar year. Affiliated business entities face a single contribution limit.
The maximum an individual, corporation, or PAC may contribute to Mike Thurmond for Governor is $26,400 ($8,400 per election for the Primary and General elections, and $4,800 per election for the Runoff).
