Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Majority Fund will be allocated as follows:
Contributions will be allocated equally among Angie Craig for Minnesota, Pat Ryan for Congress, Jake Auchincloss for Congress, Gallego for Arizona, Joe Neguse for Congress, George Whitesides for Congress, Kristen for Michigan, Maggie for Congress, Torres for Congress, McBride for Delaware Inc., Cait for New York, Mitten PAC, Josh Riley for Congress, Citizens for Boyle, Marie for Congress, Gabe Vasquez for Congress, Committee to Elect Jared Golden, Janelle Bynum for Congress (each a “Candidate Committee”), and the federal PAC of The Bench and the contribution account of Majority Democrats PAC. Notwithstanding the forgoing, the first $3,500/$5,000 of a person/PAC’s contribution to each Candidate Committee will be allocated for use in the candidate’s primary election; the next $3,500/$5,000 of a person/PAC’s contribution to each Candidate Committee will be allocated for use in the candidate’s general election; however, if a candidate’s primary election has already occurred, the first $3,500/$5,000 of a person/PAC’s contribution to each Candidate Committee will be allocated for use in the candidate’s general election. All amounts in excess of the applicable contribution limits to the Candidate Committees will be allocated on an even split to The Bench and Majority Democrats PAC, up to each PAC’s $5,000 per year per donor limit.
A contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution.
