Donate to the Lawsuit to Keep the Great Highway Open

Prop K passed—but that doesn’t make it legal.


We’ve filed a lawsuit to challenge Prop K in court and stop the City from closing the Upper Great Highway based on a flawed and misleading ballot measure.


The City rushed this through with no real traffic plan, no environmental review, and no transparency. Now we’re taking them to court—but legal action is expensive.
