Listen4Good (L4G) is a pioneering capacity-building program that promotes high-quality listening and equity-driven feedback practices across the social sector.


While many organizations want to hear from those they serve so they can make sure their services are meeting clients’ needs in as effective and equitable a way as possible, they often lack effective tools to support their efforts. L4G takes the guesswork out of this process for organizations and provides an easy to follow roadmap for building a strong feedback practice. 

 

L4G provides a tested methodology, resources, coaching, and know-how that allows service organizations to gain the skills they need to hear from and respond to their clients—and do it in a way that’s well-defined, equitable, and systematic. Since our creation in 2016, L4G has progressed at a remarkable rate to become a clear leader in the feedback space. And while there are many reasons to pursue feedback, we believe feedback makes the biggest difference when it operates in service of equity.
