Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Lateefah Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The allocation for funds raised under this Agreement before the 2026 primary election for U.S. Congress in California shall be as follows:
The first $3,500/$5,000 of each contribution from a person/multicandidate committee will be allocated to Lateefah for Congress and will be designated for the Primary election of 2026; the next $5,000/$5,000 of each contribution from a person/multicandidate committee will be allocated to On the Move PAC; the next $3,500/$5,000 will be allocated to Lateefah for Congress and will be designated to the General election of 2026.

Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting sara@abconsultingdc.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
