The Keystone Turnout Project builds upon Bucks County experience since 2020: a smarter, data-driven way to turn out Democratic supporters.


It works. We're extending it: 11 Pennsylvania counties in 2026, statewide by 2028. Every cycle the program gets stronger. This isn't a one-time push — it's lasting Democratic infrastructure in a state that decides national elections.
