Contribution rules
- This contribution complies with the provisions of the Ethics in Government Act, O.C.G.A. Sec 21-5-30, et seq.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
Contributions or gifts to Keisha for Governor are not tax deductible.
Georgia law requires us to report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate to more than $100 and the name and mailing address for each business or political committee whose contributions aggregate to more than $100. Affiliated business entities face a single contribution limit.
You may contribute up to the following amounts for each election: $8,400 for the primary, $4,800 for the primary run-off, $8,400 for the general, and $4,800 for the general run-off to Keisha for Governor. By contributing through this webpage, you agree that the first $8,400 of your contribution will be deposited into our primary election account, the next $4,800 will be deposited into our primary run-off election account, the next $8,400 will be deposited into our general election account, and finally the last $4,800 will be deposited into our general run-off account. If your contribution exceeds $26,400 for this election cycle, the excess will be refunded to you. Additionally, if Keisha Lance Bottoms does not appear on the ballot for any election, any contribution of yours deposited into that election account will be refunded to you. You may also designate a different allocation formula by contacting klbcompliance@bluesummitsolutions.com. You also agree that this allocation formula may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution.
