We are a unique combination of residents, businesses, and nonprofits. As such, our district requires intentional leadership and action as we continue to grow and attract more individuals and families during this important time of Utica's rebirth.
From Milgate Street to Barnes Ave, and everywhere in between, we will continue working to put the people of 1st Ward first.
