Dear friends,
I’m Kardal Coleman, Chairman of the Dallas County Democratic Party.
At a time when democracy is under attack, rights are being stripped away, and working families are being left behind, we don’t have the luxury of standing still. We need leadership that meets this moment with clarity, conviction, and a commitment to real results.
That’s why I’m running for re-election.
I envision a Democratic Party that does more than win elections. It should be a tool for transformation, a party that organizes with our communities, challenges the status quo, and delivers material change on housing, health care, wages, and justice—for everyone, no matter your zip code, income, status, or background.
This moment demands more than politics as usual. It demands a party that stands on principle, moves with purpose, and centers the people—not corporate donors, not consultants, but you.
In my first two years as Chair, we’ve made real progress together, but our work is far from over. Let’s keep building. Let’s keep fighting. Let’s create a party that works for all of us.
In solidarity,
Kardal
