My name is Judith Hubbard, and I am running to represent District 5 in the Tompkins County Legislature. The county recently redistricted; this is a new open seat.
The community I grew up in faces looming threats: climate change and pollution, aging infrastructure, and fundamental changes in federal policies and funding. The impacts of these changes are already here. Decisions made at the local level will shape our collective future.
