I’m Juan Estrada, and I’m running as a Democrat to represent District 109 in the Georgia State House — covering Lilburn, Lawrenceville, and the I‑85 corridor through Norcross — a community I know by heart because it raised me. I’m the proud son of Hispanic immigrants — my father from Mexico, my mother from Honduras — and I grew up in Gwinnett County working alongside my dad at the car wash from the age of nine. Those early experiences taught me the value of hard work, dignity, and looking out for one another.

I graduated from Norcross High School, earned my degree from Georgia Gwinnett College thanks to the HOPE Scholarship, attended Georgia State Law, and opened my own Gwinnett law practice fighting for everyday people. I’ve defended seniors and families from eviction during COVID, taken on Georgia Power for hiking utility rates, and fought corporate interests that put profits over people. I’ve seen firsthand how the Georgia GOP drains money from our public schools, rigs the system for billion‑dollar corporations, and attacks the rights of women, immigrants, and working families.

This campaign is about fighting back. It’s about protecting our public schools, ensuring affordable housing, lowering utility bills, defending our rights, and creating a fairer future for every family in our community. But we can’t do it without you. The Georgia GOP is well‑funded, and they’ll do everything they can to hold onto this seat. Every contribution you make today — whether $5, $25, or $100 — goes directly toward talking to voters, countering GOP attacks, and building the grassroots movement we need to win. Together, we can flip this seat and give District 109 the champion it deserves.
