I am Jonathan Barfield, Jr., Candidate for Mayor of the City of Wilmington. I served as one of your New Hanover County Commissioners for 16 years, and during my tenure I was honored to represent the citizens of Wilmington as a part of my constituency. Serving in that role I learned from a comprehensive standpoint many of the challenges and opportunities facing our community, and I have
