Contributions to JFW Fund will be allocated as follows: Contributions will be split equally between Adam Gray for Congress, Josh Riley for Congress, Gillen for NY, Janelle Bynum for Congress, George Whitesides for Congress and Derek Tran for Congress (each a “candidate”). For all candidates, the first $3,500/$5,000 of each contribution from a person/multicandidate PAC will be designated for the primary election; the next $3,500/$5,000 will be designated for the general election; however, if a candidate’s primary election has already occurred, the first $3,300/$5,000 will be designated for use in the candidate’s general election. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting zamore@capcompliance.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
