Jennifer Jermaine has had the honor to serve as your San Marcos Justice of the Peace for the last term and she is currently running for re-election in the 2026 cycle.
In addition to serving our community as your Justice of the Peace, she serves all of Maricopa County as the Associate Presiding Justice of the the Peace. Prior to that, she served Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, and Ahwatukee in our State Legislature for two terms.
She is proud to have a reputation for a fair and balanced approach and firmly believes in listening to all sides of a situation and researching existing laws and regulations before making decisions.
She truly cares about our courts and fair access to justice. She would be honored to have your support to continue to serve the Chandler and Sun Lakes communities as your San Marcos Justice of the Peace.
