Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
In Nassau County, Florida, the maximum contribution you can donate to a school board candidate is $1,000 per election.
This limit applies to both monetary and in-kind contributions, whether from an individual or a combination of both.
Important Notes:
Per Election: The primary and general elections are considered separate elections for contribution purposes.
Cash Contributions: The limit for cash or cashier's check contributions is $50.
