Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Jeffries Battleground Protection Fund will be allocated as follows:
The first $44,300/$15,000 of a person/multicandidate committee’s (“PAC’s”) contribution in each calendar year will be allocated to DCCC. The next $3,500/$5,000 in each election cycle will be allocated to Jeffries for Congress for use in the primary election, provided that the primary has not yet occurred. The next $3,500/$5,000 will be allocated to Jeffries for Congress for use in the general election. The next $91,000/$130,000 will be split evenly between Josh Harder for Congress, Adam Gray for Congress, George Whitesides for Congress, Derek Tran for Congress, Dave Min for Congress, Friends of Jahana Hayes, Mrvan for Congress, Committee to Elect Jared Golden, Kristen for Michigan, Don Davis for NC, Nellie Pou for Congress, Gabe Vasquez for Congress, Titus for Congress, Susie Lee for Congress, Nevadans for Steven Horsford, Suozzi for Congress, Gillen for NY, Josh Riley for Congress, Mannion for New York, Kaptur for Congress, Emilia Sykes for Congress, Janelle Bynum for Congress, Texans for Henry Cuellar Congressional Campaign, Vicente Gonzalez for Congress, Vindman for Congress, and Marie for Congress for use in their respective primary elections; however, if a candidate’s primary election has already occurred, that candidate’s share of the contribution will be allocated only for that candidate’s use in the general election. The next $91,000/$130,000 will be split evenly between Josh Harder for Congress, Adam Gray for Congress, George Whitesides for Congress, Derek Tran for Congress, Dave Min for Congress, Friends of Jahana Hayes, Mrvan for Congress, Committee to Elect Jared Golden, Kristen for Michigan, Don Davis for NC, Nellie Pou for Congress, Gabe Vasquez for Congress, Titus for Congress, Susie Lee for Congress, Nevadans for Steven Horsford, Suozzi for Congress, Gillen for NY, Josh Riley for Congress, Mannion for New York, Kaptur for Congress, Emilia Sykes for Congress, Janelle Bynum for Congress, Texans for Henry Cuellar Congressional Campaign, Vicente Gonzalez for Congress, Vindman for Congress, and Marie for Congress for use in the general election, up to the legal limits. Any additional contributions in a calendar year will be allocated to DCCC’s headquarters fund, and then to DCCC’s recount and other legal proceedings fund, up to the legal limits.

The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
