All children deserve quality public education regardless of their zip code. I believe our kids deserve to walk with their heads high knowing that everyone – businesses, elected officials, school leaders, community based organizations and residents – rally around them to help them succeed. Strong public schools are critical to the long term success of this great city and I’m pleased to announce that I am running for the Des Moines School Board at-large seat on November 4, 2025.
