General Membership: To become a general member you must be of Hispanic origin, eligible to vote in the United States, and a registered Democrat in Westchester County. The cost for general members is $35 per year.
Student and Associate Membership: If you are a student OR if you cannot otherwise meet the requirements for general membership, you can sign up as an Associate Member. The cost for Student and Associate membership is $10 per year.
Only General Members are eligible to vote for candidate endorsements and other HDW matters.
