My name is Hartzell Gray, and I’m running for Congress as a Progressive Democrat in Missouri’s 5th Congressional District. I am running because our community deserves more than empty promises! We deserve a government that finally puts the working people in my district and across the nation first. That means standing unapologetically for guaranteed housing, universal healthcare, climate justice, and bold public investment, in our neighborhoods, and not tax breaks for billionaires or bailouts for corporations.
This campaign is about transformational change, not business as usual. As a campaign we will not accept a single donation from corporate PACs, real estate interests, or D.C. lobbyists. We are proud to lead a movement that is 100% powered by grassroots donors and everyday people, our working class communities, renters, students, and parents who know that justice isn’t handed down by the powerful. It’s built by us, together, from the ground up.
