Contribution rules
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
Contributions are not tax deductible. Only US citizens or legal permanent residents may contribute. Contributions to Genevieve Suzuki for City Council 2028 are limited to $5,900 per individual per election. Spouses may give a joint contribution of up to $5,900 per spouse per election.
Genevieve Suzuki for City Council 2028 follows California Government Code Section 84308, which means that we cannot accept more than $500 in total contributions from a party, participant, or agent of a party or participant involved in any proceeding about a license, permit, or other entitlement for use that is pending before the City of La Mesa and San Diego Community Power. This limit also applies for 12 months after the final decision is made. All contributions, in any amount, will be fully disclosed per applicable laws.
