Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Frontline Organizing for Representation, Change & Equity (FORCE) PAC will be allocated as follows:
Contributions from a non-political action committee person will be split evenly between Janelle Bynum for Congress, Don Davis for NC, Friends of Jahana Hayes, Nevadans for Steven Horsford, and Emilia Sykes for Congress, up to a total of $7,000 per Participant. The first $3,500 of such person's contribution to each committee will be designated to the primary election; the second $3,500 will be designated to the general election.
Contributions from a political action committee will be split evenly between Janelle Bynum for Congress, Don Davis for NC, Friends of Jahana Hayes, Nevadans for Steven Horsford, and Emilia Sykes for Congress, up to a total of $10,000 per Participant. The first $5,000 of such PAC's contribution to each committee will be designated to the primary election; the second $5,000 will be designated to the general election.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting jim@bluewavepolitics.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
