My name is Francois Barrilleaux, and I’m running to represent ANC 1B02. Our neighborhood is known for its beauty, diversity, and strong community spirit, and I’m committed to bringing a collaborative, constructive, and respectful approach to local politics. My goal is to help make our community safer, cleaner, and more welcoming for everyone. I want to help push for a business improvement district in the area surrounding U Street, contribute to efforts to start a local farmers market, and support new housing and transit infrastructure, such as the all-affordable housing development that is being proposed at 10th and V in partnership with the Christian Tabernacle Church of God.
The maximum individual contribution for ANC campaigns is $25. Your support will directly help fund campaign signs and literature to spread the word. In a hyperlocal race like this, every dollar counts, so please consider contributing whatever amount feels right to you.
