Welcome to the Food & Farm Caucus of the Kansas Democratic Party!
This form is the general contribution form for any generous donations you would like to make to help fund our efforts. This is not the membership dues form. The current membership dues form (2025) can be found here.

Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
