Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Fight Back Midwest will be allocated as follows:
The first $14,000 of each contribution from an individual or non-multicandidate committee and the first $20,000 from a multicandidate committee will be split evenly between McMorrow for Michigan and Peggy Flanagan for Minnesota. The first $3,500/$5,000 of a person’s/multicandidate committee’s allocation to either participant will be considered designated for the primary election; the next $3,500/$5,000 will be designated for the general election. All contributions are subject to the limitations and prohibitions of the Federal Election Campaign Act.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting allison.griner@gmail.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
Contributions made to Fight Back Midwest will be split between Peggy Flanagan for Minnesota and McMorrow for Michigan.
