Forward Action Fund is a section 501(c)(4) social welfare organization. Forward Action Fund may solicit and accept unlimited contributions from unlimited sources, including individuals, political committees, corporations, and labor organizations. It is Forward Action Fund policy not to accept contributions designated or earmarked in any way by the donor for federal political purposes, to further a federal independent expenditure, or for use in a non-federal election in a particular state. Forward Action Fund personnel will not inform donors that their contribution(s) will be used for federal political purposes, to further a federal independent expenditure, or for a nonfederal election in a particular state. All contributions to Forward Action Fund are expended solely at the discretion of Forward Action Fund and its personnel, except for contributions earmarked by the donor for primary purpose program(s). Further, Forward Action Fund only solicits, accepts, and receives donations in a manner that is consistent with applicable laws, including 52 U.S.C. § 30121 and Ohio Rev. Code § 3517.121.
