Contribution rules
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions are not accepted from employees of the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office.

No person who is required to register as a lobbyist with the County, has sought official action by the County during the preceding four years, has done business with the County within the preceding four years, currently does business with the County, or is seeking to do business with the County shall make contributions in an aggregate amount exceeding $1,500 per calendar year.
A copy of our report filed with the State Board of Elections is (or will be) available on the Board’s official website, www.elections.il.gov, or for purchase from the State Board of Elections, Springfield, Illinois.
Contributions are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes as charitable contributions.
